Rick is the Managing Director of Freeney Williams Ltd, one of Europe’s leading consultancies in the field of disability and diversity. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an Associate of the Business Disability Forum and bdi and the Chair of Age UK Brighton and Hove. He is a highly experienced consultant and trainer with expertise in all areas of disability and their impact on individuals and organisations.

His work has included providing briefings and guidance to multinational company boards and government departments, supporting the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in its work internationally, writing guidance for the Disability Rights Commission (DRC), supporting the development of Disability Equality Schemes and undertaking in-depth disability audits.

His international work includes having acted as a special adviser to the Bermudan Government and advising an NGO in Moscow supporting an emerging business disability network. His experience of blindness only adds to his impact.
